To measure for a nose hoop, follow these steps: 1. Line up the top of the hoop with your piercing and mark where the edge of your nostril is on the bottom of the paper. 2. Line up the edge of the paper with the bottom of your nostril and mark where your piercing hole is on the paper. 3. The measurement you get will be the smallest inner diameter that you can wear comfortably. 4. If you prefer a looser fit, add 1mm to the measurement.
